How It works

The Process

1. Each party will book their individual intake meeting appointment by using the calendar below. Please complete a Confidential Intake Form and have your partner do the same. This will help us prepare for your individual, confidential meeting, known a “Screening”.

2. If both parties and the mediator agree to go forward with the mediation, both parties need to sign our Agreement to Mediate. Please review it carefully before you come in for your individual meeting in case you have questions.

3. We will then conduct one or more mediation sessions with you and your partner to help you negotiate a settlement of the issues that are important to both of you and your children.

​4. If the mediation is to proceed online, both parties need to sign the Terms of Online Mediation form.
