The Process

1. Book your Free Consultation: This is an appointment where we meet and discuss everything there is to know about your life, your separation, the difficulties you are facing, and what your goals are.

2. Initial Meeting: If you decide to retain our services, we start the work. We will discuss the legally relevant facts of your case and start on the disclosure process. We discuss your objectives and develop a strategy.

3. Case work: Negotiations and legal drafting. Regular communication with you to continue to assess your options and decide on the best course of action.

​4. Resolution: Drafting of a separation agreement, a legally binding contract between the parties.
